Dogs wait for their food, bless them!

Lesley standing under the mistletoe, not that you can see it. We took the animals for a stroll in the field and took some photos and video. Hopefully they come out ok.

Tonight we're off to the Salle de Fetes in the village as the mayor invites all the residents of Bessais le Fromental for a drink to welcome in 2010. Free alcohol, I like that!

More snowy pictures. Not driving the bus today as it's too dangerous to drive French children in these conditions.
On hearing the news last night, we made some mulled wine, sat by the roaring fire and got mashed!

I'm waiting to find out if I'm driving tomorrow. If not it's more vin chaud. ha ha

Fin de Noel

Well, that's it then. Christmas has officially finished. The decorations came down this morning. I was up working at 05h30, having had 20 days off, ho hum.

It was Lesley's birthday yesterday so we went to the Dragon Bonheur, a Chinese restaurant in St Amand-Montrond.

Temperature is currently -1; having warmed up from -3. Snow is scheduled for later this week, with temperatures not creeping up above -3.
